Black vinyl release - large fold-out sleeve with press from Melody Maker & Sniffin' Glue, matt finish folds out to large poster.
Orange vinyl release - 2 fold-out sleeves, one glossy and single sided but with separate fold out poster, one printed in orange double sided. Also has 'The Adverts' patch & badge (possibly also included with the black vinyl issue). Limited to 100 copies?
